Ticket Office Policies
Following the policies listed below will make your visit to the Utah Shakespearean Festival even more enjoyable.

Ticket Office Hours

Our Online Ticket Office Is Always Open

Through June 13: Mondays through Fridays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; telephone service begins at 9 a.m.

June 16 to August 30: Mondays through Fridays, 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.; telephone service begins at 9 a.m.

September 6 to September 18: Mondays through Fridays, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; telephone service begins at 9 a.m.

September 19 to October 25: Mondays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; telephone service begins at 9 a.m.

Ticket Policies

1. A $10 per order handling fee will be added to all orders other than those placed in person at the Ticket Office.
   
   
2. Tickets purchased online are printed and mailed to guests every Monday and Thursday.
   
   
3. Discounts and packages are not available at the online Ticket Office.
   
   
4. Except for Subscriber Six Pack and All for Fall, discounts are not available for seats in the premier and orchestra sections.
   
   
5. Except for Subscriber Six Pack and All for Fall, discounts are not available for Thursday, Friday or Saturday performances.
   
   
6. Discounts are not retroactive and may not be combined with any other discounts.
   
   
7. To be eligible, you must ask for the discount when you place your order.
   
   
8. All tickets are non-refundable.
   
   
9. Tickets may be exchanged if new tickets are available and if the Ticket Office is given at least twenty-four hours notice. For instructions on exchanging tickets, please call the Ticket Office at 800-PLAYTIX. A $5 service fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged.
   
   
10. Tickets purchased within seven days of the performance date will be placed in will call for guests to pick up on their arrival.
    
    
11. Unpaid tickets on hold which have not been picked up from the Ticket Office will be released for sale two hours before the play begins.

Other Policies

Children under the age of six years old are not admitted to Festival plays. Also, some of our plays contain material that you may not consider suitable for your children. Please familiarize yourself with the plays before ordering tickets. Child care for those up to the age of ten years is provided during all plays, but not during other Festival activities. Our professionally staffed, safe, and state-licensed facility is located at 43 S. 200 West Street. The cost per play is $15 for the first child and $10 for each additional sibling.
