Content Advisory

As you decide which shows are appropriate for you and your family, please examine the content of the plays in our 2015 season. We have provided simple guidelines below; but please learn more by using the online information available on our website and other sites to make your choices.

The Taming of the Shrew, Henry IV Part Two, King Lear, and The Two Gentlemen of Verona are suitable for most audiences; they do contain the Bard’s usual innuendo and double entendres and some violence.

Amadeus is suitable for most audiences except some preteens. It contains adult language and situations.


Charley’s Aunt is suitable for all audiences.

South Pacific is suitable for most audiences. The play follows the same plot and contains the same themes as the popular 1958 movie.

Dracula is suitable for most audiences except some preteens. It contains scenes of suspense and violence, as well as mild sexual innuendo.
