In the three days ending July 3, the Utah Shakespeare Festival opened six plays and three Greenshows, a monumental (some say “crazy”) feat. But we do it for our guests who have been lining up for our shows since opening morning. And what do they think of their experiences thus far this season?
They love the Festival and the 2014 plays. For example, “We are sill laughing?” “On the edge of my seat.” “Each year seems to be the best and this year (2014) is no exception.”
And there were many, many more.
A guest from Salt Lake City said: "Loved The Comedy of Errors — so great, and the audience was caught up in the whole show. We are still laughing about parts of it."
Larry said: “We highly enjoyed Henry IV Part One. It completely captured what I envisioned when I read it. And the acting was powerful!
Debby and Bert wrote: “Each year seems to be the best, and this year (2014) is no exception. Our visit to Cedar City and the Festival are a highlight to our year and we anticipate with great enthusiasm each season. We're never disappointed.”
Doug and Linda said: “Our only comment is that we wondered why we did not buy a six pack.” [All six plays.]
Destiny said: "The Comedy of Errors last night was so MONEY! Brilliant, absolutely brilliant — can't wait to see it again."
Christine said, "I loved Henry IV Part One tonight! It was engaging and managed to pull off a fight scene that had me on the edge of my seat."
