Front of House Employment

Utah Shakespeare Festival staff positions are available

in all administrative and front-of-house areas.

 

Company Selection

Non-performing positions are recruited by applications, recommendations, and interviews. Early applications are encouraged.

Contract Information

Contracts range from eight to twenty weeks and include housing and travel allowance. All positions are salaried and vary according to experience and training.

Contract Dates

Summer Season

  • Company Members Arrive: May 7, 2013
  • Company Meeting: May 8, 2013
  • Performances run June 24 – August 31, 2013

The majority of Summer full-season company members are contracted through September 2, 2013 to allow for a company strike and housing checkout.

Summer 2013 plays: King John, Love's Labour's Lost, The Tempest, Peter and the Starcatcher, Anything Goes, and Twelve Angry Men.

Fall Season

  • Company Members Arrive: August 11, 2013
  • Company Meeting: August 12, 2013
  • Performances run September 18 – October 19, 2013

The majority of Fall full-season company members are contracted through October 21, 2013 to allow for a company strike and housing checkout.

Fall 2013 plays: Peter and the Starcatcher, Richard II, and The Marvelous Wonderettes.
